THESE LINES ARE LIVING

A changing shoreline of moving bodies

This project was a collaboration with dance company Fog Beast leading to an art installation and performance piece at the Marin Headlands Center for the Arts. It stemmed from a Thematic Residency at the Headlands bringing together artists, scientists and performers. These Lines are Living explores climate change and how our bodies and communities interact with and conceptualize shifting shorelines. It is an intersection of dance theater performance, creative cartography, scientific research and audience participation.
